Custom Systems & Websites — Kenya
We build software and websites tailored to how your business works — from custom systems to landing pages and web apps — then host and maintain them for you. No generic platforms. No compromises.
Who we are
Flowbit Networks is a Nairobi-based software studio. We design and build business management systems that are tailored specifically to each client — not recycled templates, not generic platforms.
Every system we deliver is built around how your business actually operates. We handle the hosting, the maintenance, and the updates — so you focus on running your business while your software works quietly in the background. And when your business grows, your system grows with it.

Whether you need a system to run your operations or a website to win new business — we design it, build it, and host it for you, right here in Kenya.
Tailored management software for how your business actually runs — property, water utilities, finance, HR, inventory and more. Built from scratch, hosted and maintained by us, and yours to keep.
From clean landing pages to full multi-page business sites and custom web apps. Fast, modern, mobile-ready, and built to make your business look the part — delivered in days, not months.
What we build
We specialise in business management systems for Kenyan companies. Each one is built from scratch, designed around your workflows, and hosted on our servers.
Custom invoicing, expense tracking, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial statements — built around your chart of accounts. KRA eTIMS integrated.
Employee records, leave management, and fully automated payroll with PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, and Housing Levy — configured to your exact company structure.
Tenant records, rent tracking, M-Pesa reconciliation, lease management, and automated SMS reminders — built for how your properties are actually run.
Meter reading management, tiered tariff billing, customer accounts, disconnection notices, and payment tracking — tailored to your zone structure and tariff schedule.
Stock tracking, purchase orders, supplier management, and low-stock alerts — structured around your product categories, warehouse layout, and reorder cycles.
Native Daraja API integration built into your system. Paybill and Till payments reconciled automatically — no manual matching, no end-of-day headaches.
How it works
We handle everything — from understanding your business to deploying your system. You don't need a technical team. You just need to know how your business works.
We sit down with you to understand your workflows, your pain points, and exactly what you need the system to do.
Your system is built from scratch — designed around your business, not the other way around. You review progress throughout the build.
We host the system on our servers, connect your M-Pesa and KRA credentials, and train your team until they're comfortable.
Monthly retainer covers hosting, uptime monitoring, and ongoing support. Need a change? We handle it — usually within days.
Pricing
A one-time build fee to get your system built. A monthly retainer to keep it running. Extra changes billed as they come.
Additional changes or new features after delivery are billed at an agreed rate per request.

What our clients say
"They built our entire rent management system around how we actually collect payments. The M-Pesa reconciliation alone saves our accountant a full day every month."
"We manage 400 water customers across three zones with different tariff structures. Flowbit built the system around our exact setup — it would have been impossible with off-the-shelf software."
"The payroll system knows our exact allowance structure, our NSSF tiers, everything. It took one conversation for them to understand what we needed. The system has been running without issues for months."
